Partner Connect is the G Corp portal for business partners. It is a working tool for registering leads and following them through to booking. It is not a public offer, a price list, or a substitute for the agreement for sale.

Project information

Names, locations, configurations, and inventory counts on the portal describe G Corp projects as they stand when the page was prepared. Plans, areas, specifications, and availability change with design development, bookings, and statutory approvals. The agreement for sale, and the approvals attached to it, are the record that binds a customer.

Images and plans

Photographs, banners, and floor plans are representative. Furniture, landscaping, lighting, and views may be artistic impressions. They are not a warranty of what will be built, and they do not show every unit in a project.

Price, availability, and incentives

Any price, unit status, or incentive amount shown on Partner Connect is indicative. Confirm the current position with the G Corp team before you quote it to a customer. An incentive credited on the portal is a record of the programme. It becomes payable only on the terms of your partner agreement, including any conditions on booking, collection, and cancellation.

What you tell a customer

You are responsible for what you say about a G Corp project. Do not promise a price, a possession date, a specification, or an incentive that the portal or the G Corp team has not confirmed. A customer's decision should rest on the documents G Corp issues for that booking, not on a conversation or a screenshot.

The portal itself

G Corp may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of Partner Connect. A delay or an error on the portal does not create an entitlement to a unit, a rate, or a payout.
