These terms cover your use of Partner Connect, the G Corp portal for business partners. They sit alongside the partner agreement you sign with G Corp. Where the two differ on incentives, territory, or a booking, the partner agreement prevails.

Who may join

Partner Connect is for firms that introduce customers to G Corp projects: a proprietorship, a partnership, an LLP, or a company. The person who registers must be authorised to bind that firm. Access is granted when the G Corp team approves the application, and it can be declined or withdrawn.

Your account

You register with your name, email, mobile number, and a password of at least 12 characters. Keep the password to yourself, and do not share the sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it has been compromised. Write to the partner desk from your registered email if you need the password reset.

Onboarding

After sign-in you complete the firm profile: legal identity, address, tax and RERA details, the bank account for payouts, and the documents that match your type of firm. The questions change with that choice. Submit only documents that are genuine and current. An application that is incomplete or sent back stays closed until you correct it. The portal opens for leads and projects once the application is approved.

Leads

Register a customer only when you have introduced them, and only with their consent to be contacted by G Corp about the project you select. A lead is recorded against your Partner ID. Do not register the same customer twice, and do not register a person you have not spoken to. G Corp may decline or reassign a lead that is duplicated, incomplete, or registered without consent.

You may follow the lead on the portal through site visit and booking. Quoting a price, a possession date, or a specification that G Corp has not confirmed is outside these terms.

Incentives

An incentive is credited against a booking that qualifies under the partner programme. The Incentives page is a record of those credits and their status. It is not a payment advice. Payout follows the schedule and the conditions in your partner agreement, including any holdback for cancellation. G Corp may correct a credit that was applied in error.

Our material

The portal, the infinity mark, project names, images, and text belong to G Corp Developers or its licensors. You may share material G Corp has released for partners. You may not copy the portal, alter the mark, or present G Corp material as your own.

Closing an account

G Corp may suspend or close access if sign-in details are shared, documents are not genuine, leads are registered without consent, or the partner agreement ends. You may ask to close your account by writing to the partner desk. Records we are required to keep are retained after the account closes.

Changes

G Corp may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when that happens. Continuing to use Partner Connect after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the portal.
