FAQs

Practical answers for partners using Partner Connect. The Terms and the Disclaimer cover the rules behind them.

What is Partner Connect?

It is the G Corp portal for business partners. You register a customer you have introduced, follow that lead through site visit and booking, and see the incentive credited against it. The infinity mark is that loop: introduce, close, earn, and begin again.

Who can register?

A proprietorship, partnership, LLP, private limited company, or public limited company that introduces customers to G Corp projects. The person creating the account should be authorised to act for the firm.

How do I create an account?

Choose Sign up and enter your name, email, mobile number, and a password of at least 12 characters, with a letter and a number. Your email becomes your username. You can also sign in later with your mobile number or your Partner ID.

What happens after I sign up?

You complete onboarding: the firm’s legal name and address, tax and RERA details, the bank account for payouts, and the documents for your type of firm. Every firm submits a PAN card, the owner’s Aadhaar card, a cancelled cheque, and a RERA certificate. A partnership also submits its deed. A company or LLP also submits its certificate of incorporation. The G Corp team reviews the application. If something needs a change, the note appears on the onboarding page and you can resubmit. The projects and leads open once the application is approved.

How long does the review take?

Each application is reviewed individually. There is no fixed number of hours. Sign in with the same email at any time; the onboarding page shows whether the application is still with the team or has been sent back.

I forgot my password.

Password resets are handled by the G Corp partner desk. Write to the team from your registered email and a reset link will be sent to you. The link on the login page, Forgot your password?, explains the same step.

Why was I signed out?

A session ends after 30 minutes without activity, and in any case after eight hours. Sign in again with your email, mobile number, or Partner ID. If the portal keeps returning you to the login page, the previous session has expired; signing in starts a new one.

How do I register a lead?

On the dashboard, choose the project and then register the customer’s name, mobile number, email, and city. Add a note if it will help the team prepare. You must confirm that the customer has agreed to be contacted by G Corp about that project. The lead is stored against your Partner ID and appears under All Leads.

Can two partners register the same customer?

Register only a customer you have introduced. G Corp may decline or reassign a lead that duplicates one already on record, or one registered without the customer’s consent.

Where do I see site visits, bookings, and incentives?

Each has its own page in the portal menu. All Leads lists every customer you have registered. Site Visits and All Bookings follow the same introduction forward. Incentives shows credits raised against qualifying bookings and the status of each one. A credit on that page is a record of the programme; it is paid on the terms of your partner agreement.

Can I rely on the inventory and the prices I see?

Treat them as indicative. Plans, availability, and price move as units are booked and as approvals come through. Confirm the current position with the G Corp team before you quote it to a customer. The agreement for sale is the document that binds the booking.

Who do I write to?

Write to the G Corp partner desk from the email address on your account. Use that path for a password reset, a correction to your firm details, or a question about a lead or an incentive.
