G Corp Developers operates Partner Connect. This notice explains what the portal collects, why, and who can see it. It covers partners who register, and the customers those partners introduce.
Your account
When you create a sign-in we store:
- Your name, email address, and mobile number.
- A hashed password. We never store the password itself.
- Your Partner ID, once it is issued.
Email, mobile number, and Partner ID are each accepted at sign-in. A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps the session. It cannot be read by scripts on the page. You are signed out after 30 minutes without activity, and every session ends after eight hours.
Your firm
Onboarding asks for the details the G Corp team needs to approve a partner and to pay an incentive. Depending on the type of firm, that includes the legal name and trade name, registered address, the names of partners or the authorised signatory, PAN, GSTIN, RERA registration, CIN or LLPIN, and the bank account nominated for payouts.
You also upload supporting documents:
- PAN card, owner Aadhaar card, cancelled cheque, and RERA certificate.
- A partnership deed, where the firm is a partnership.
- A certificate of incorporation, where the firm is a company or an LLP.
PAN, Aadhaar number, bank account number, and the uploaded files are encrypted before they are stored. When your profile is shown back to you, the Aadhaar number appears with only the last four digits visible. These details are used to confirm identity, meet tax and RERA requirements, and pay the account you nominated. They are not used for anything else.
Customers you introduce
A lead records the customer's name, mobile number, email, city, project, and any note you add. The form asks you to confirm that the customer has agreed to be contacted by G Corp about that project. Register a lead only with that consent. G Corp uses these details to return the call, arrange a site visit, and carry the introduction through to booking.
Who can see it
Your firm details, documents, and leads are visible to you and to the G Corp teams who review applications and work on your transactions. We do not sell this information, and we do not pass it to another partner. A bank, an authority, or an adviser receives it only where a payout, a booking, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, onboarding record, and transaction history for as long as the partnership is active, and for the further period that tax, RERA, and company law require those records to be held. A session cookie is removed when you sign out or when the session expires.
Corrections
If a detail on your profile is wrong, or you want to ask what we hold, write to the G Corp partner desk from your registered email. Where an application has been sent back, the note on the onboarding page tells you what to correct, and you can resubmit from the same form.
